Ability to edit remarks once a listing has closed. Appraisal purposes, sometimes we like to make a note about Seller or Buyer concessions.

I have a closed listing that shows a price of 601,000, in actuality, Buyer paid 626,000 but paid the Buyer's agent fees outside of the sale. This comp would better serve the appraiser if he had known these notes, however I do not have a way to edit this into the listing once it has closed.

    Great idea. You could also post the deed recording #.

    Make the changes to the comments prior to reporting the closing.  i get the deed recording number when the escrow officer calls with confirmation of the recording.  I add the doc #, any concessions or state normal closing cost, and specify the COE in front of the existing confidential comments.  My calls from appraisers dropped to nearly zero and the VMs I get now just usually say thanks.  This is already doable without any changes.
